摘　　要：北京市延庆县"十二五"水务发展规划体系研究,充分分析了延庆县"十二五"时期水务发展面临的机遇与挑战,结合延庆水务发展现状,提出"十二五"末,规划构建延庆县水务发展"六大体系"基本框架,以提高水资源循环利用效率,优化用水结构,缓解水资源供给压力,提升区域生态环境优势,打造坚实的水务基础,促进延庆县经济、社会、资源环境协调发展。This study makes a full analysis of the opportunities and challenges of water resources development facing Yanqing County, Beijing Municipality during the 12th five-year plan period （2011-2015）, takes into consideration the current situation of water resources development, and proposes that, by the end of the 12th five-year plan period, the basic framework of six water-related systems be established to improve cyclic utilization efficiency, optimize water utilization structure, reduce water supply stress, increase regional advantages of ecological environment, lay a solid foundation of water resources, and promote coordinate development of economy, society, resources and environment.
