摘　　要：文章首先分析了咨询企业的知识特性和知识创新的需求,提出了反向创新和跨界创新可以作为知识创新思路延伸的重要方向。然后分析了咨询企业知识创新的特点和创新动力的阻碍,阐述了反向创新动力对咨询企业知识创新的作用。最后,探讨了在反向创新动力的驱动下咨询企业如何实现跨界发展。On the basis of the analysis of the requirement of the knowledge management and innovation in the consulting company, firstly, the conclusion that both reverse innovation and crossover innovation could be used as an important direction of the knowledge innovation was put forward. Secondly, the characteristics of the knowledge innovation and the impediment of the innovation dynamics on the consulting company were expounded, where the effect on the consulting company which was produced by the reverse innovation was elucidated. Suggestions are finally present on the crossover development of the consulting enterprises, which was promoted by the reverse innovation.
