摘 要:通过电沉积的方式在多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)修饰玻碳电极表面上沉积铂(pt)纳米粒子,并运用循环伏安法(CV)、示差脉冲伏安法(DPV)探讨了芦丁在铂纳米/碳纳米管/玻碳电极上的电化学行为。实验结果表明,芦丁在该修饰电极上呈现一对良好氧化还原峰,其氧化峰电流与浓度在3.2X10^-8~1.2X10^-5mol/L范围呈良好线性关系,线性回归方程为,(μA)=12.79c(μmol/L)-0.6198,r=0.9998,检出限为1.1×10^-8mol/L。该修饰电极已用于复方芦丁片中芦丁含量的测定,结果令人满意。In this work, Pt nanoparticles (Pt NPs) were electrodeposited on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The electrochemical behavior of rutin on the Pt NPs/ MWCNTs modified glassy carbon electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV). A pair of well-defined redox peaks of rutin was observed in CV at this modified electrode. Under the optimal conditions, the oxidation peak currents of rutin were linear with the concentration of rutin in the range of 3.2 * 10 ^-8 to 1.2 x 10^-5tool/L, with a detection limit of 1.1 x l0^-8 mol/L. The linear regression equation was I (μA) = 12.79c (μmol/L) -0. 6198, r = 0. 9998. In addition, the Pt NPs/MWCNTs modified electrode has been applied to the determination of rutin in real samples.
