摘　　要：青少年犯罪已成为困扰当今世界各国的一个严重社会问题,团伙犯罪是其突出特点。从心理学家阿德勒"自卑感"与"补偿"理论出发,拓展出对青少年团伙犯罪研究的新视角,同时对冀东地区团伙犯罪青少年进行了抽样调查,将理论探讨与实证研究相结合,分析了青少年团伙犯罪的心理原因,即自卑感的来源和过度补偿的表现方式,并引申出对于预防青少年犯罪的两点建议。Juvenile crime has been a very serious social problem in modern world, and gang crime is its outstanding fea- ture. So it is very important for the prevention and decrease ofjuvenile crime and the social stability to analyze the origin and find the reason for juvenile gang crime. From the theory of ＂In- feriority＂ and ＂ Compensation＂ of psychologist Alfred Adler, a new point of view for the research of the reason for juvenile gang crime is developed. Meanwhile, a sample survey of 67 juveniles committing gang crimes is conducted. From the combination of theoretical discussion and empirical research, three kinds of rea- sons for the inferiority and three kinds of expressive way for over compensation of juveniles committing gang crimes are summa- rized, and two pieces of innovative advice are put forward final- ly.
