摘  要:公路设施的合理配置是促进我国公共服务均等化的重要方面。基于甘肃省公路设施的地区需求和地形复杂度对公路建设投资成本的影响,分析甘肃省公路建设的均等化配置问题,结果表明公路设施在省域腹地的密度高,而在边远地区低,而按人口、经济产值平均和地均的分布趋势则相反。未来的公路设施配置不应谋求公路空间通行能力的均等化,而应在投资约束下实现公路设施对社会经济服务的均等化。现阶段人口密度较高的黄土丘陵地区应是甘肃改善公路设施的优先地区。The reasonable disposition of highway facilities is important to promote the equalization of public services in China.This paper takes both local demands and the costs of investment influenced by the terrain complexity in the highway construction into account to analyze the equalization disposition of highways in Gansu province.Results show that the stocks of highway infrastructure have high density in the hinterland and have low density in remote areas.Their per capita and per economic output values are opposite with their space density.The allocation of highway infrastructure should not aim to equalize the highway accessibility of unit area but improve that of per capita and per economic output value.The loess hilly region with higher population density should have the priority to construct highway infrastructure at present in Gansu Province.
