摘　　要：以黄河口管理部门的日常业务为驱动,分析归纳了日常业务包括的内容,介绍了3S集成方案,设计了黄河口管理信息系统的总体框架,给出了系统设计特点。重点介绍了数据库访问适配器、水深线的自动提取和业务专题的动态切换等关键技术,并介绍了基于3S技术的黄河口管理信息系统主要业务模块的功能说明。该研究是首次实现3S集成技术在黄河口业务部门应用的管理信息系统。Driven by the Yellow River Mouth＇ s management department daily affairs, it concluded and summarized their management affairs, the system＇ s overall framework is designed and 3S integration solutions are introduced, then the key techniques about database accessing adapter, automatic extracting isohyets and different themes exchange are introduced. Finally, it focused on the specific functional modules declaration. This research achieved the first management information system of the Yellow River Mouth management departments based on 3 S integrated technology.
