摘  要:油气井膨胀管技术是近年来油气井工程领域出现的一项新兴技术。本工作以L80套管为研究对象,分别进行16%和22%的膨胀,研究膨胀变形前后的微观组织变化规律。采用高压釜失重法、动电位极化和电化学阻抗谱技术研究了变形前后在饱和CO_2溶液中L80套管的腐蚀行为。从电化学特征看,膨胀变形后,套管自腐蚀电位更负,说明膨胀变形增大可增加腐蚀倾向,I_(corr)随着变形量的增加而增大;该结果与失重法试验结果相吻合。Expandable tubular techlology is a new technology in the well engineering industry. The mierostructure of L80 casing tubes expanded by 16% and 22% respectively was studied before and after expansion. The corrosion behaviors were studied by weight-loss method in autoclave and electrochemical tests before and after tube expansion. The electrochemical characteristics showed that the corrosion potential became more negative after the expansion deformation, and Icorr increased with the increase of the amount of deformation. The results matched well with the results of weight-loss experiment.
