摘  要:电化学及光电化学技术是研究金属腐蚀和缓蚀行为的有效手段。本文综述了金属表面半导体钝化膜电化学及光电化学性质研究的新进展,主要涉及稳态光电性质的研究、暂态光电参数的计算以及钝化膜空间电荷及光电导测量计算方法等领域。另外,详细分析了国内外研究中的暂态光电性质的测量和计算(如光生量子寿命及迁移常数、暂态空间电荷电容及暂态光电导)的新进展。Electrochemical and photo electrochemical techniques are effective means of metal corrosion and inhibition behavior research. This paper summarizes the research progress on electrochemical and photo-electrochemical characteristics of passive film on metal surface, mainly related to the steady-state optical properties, transient calculation of optical parameters, measurement of space charge of passive film and photoconductivity and so on. Photo-electrochemical research is used to obtain the electrical properties of passive film, such as the band gap, conductivity type and flat band, to judge the passive film structure, and to calculate the direct or indirect band gap by drawing (Iph hv)n-hv curve and measuring the space charge and the relationship between the photocurrent or incident light energy (wavelength) and the applied potential. Also, this paper analyzes the progress in the measurement and calculation of transient optical properties such as the quantum life and migration constant; the transient space capacitance and transient photoconductivity at home and abroad.
