摘　　要：目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗单侧声带麻痹的疗效。方法对36例羊侧声带麻痹的患者采用改良的自体脂肪移植技术进行治疗。自体脂肪移植注射1～2次，中间间隔3～6个月。通过术前、术后声门裂隙及麻痹侧声带表面积，以及患者自我感觉等随访，来评价治疗效果。结果最长3．5年，平均2．35年的随访发现在1～2次自体脂肪注射后，脂肪可以在受区长期存活。75．00％以上的患者对疗效满意，〈11．11％的患者对疗效不满意。结论自体脂肪移植技术用于单侧声带麻痹是一项安全而有效的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the effects of transplantation with autologous fat granules to cure unilateral vocal cord paralysis. Methods In this study we treated 36 cases of unilateral vocal cord paralysis with improved autologous fat grafting technique. Each case was treated 1 -2 times and the interval period 3 -6 months. The result was based on comparing the size of fissure glottis, the surface area of paralyzed vocal cord and patients self evaluation. Results Long time follow up showed that fat graft can be alive in the recipient site for long time after 1 - 2 times autologous fat injection. More than 75.00% patients were satisfactory with the curative effect while less than 11.11% patients were unsatisfactory. Conclusions Autologous fat grafting technique is an effective and safe treatment for unilateral vocal cord paralysis.
