摘　　要：本文选取了我国近代殖民城市的典型中心区作为研究案例,对其空间形态从城市中心体系,城市中心区,城市中心区内部街区3个层面进行了定量和定性的对比,分析其异同,找出其中规律。希望为我国近代殖民商业中心区的研究提供进一步的指导。This paper selects typical case of modern colonial city center and then makes a comparison of the center＇s spatial form from both quantitative and qualitative aspects at three levels：the city＇s center system,urban center district and blocks.The author hopes to,by analyzing the similarities and differences of these urban centers,find,laws to provide further guidance of Colonial commercial center.
