摘　　要：目的探讨高频超声在周围神经损伤诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法对26例临床已确诊为周围神经损伤的患者行高频超声检查,并与健侧比较。结果高频超声能清晰显示周围神经的细微结构,根据周围神经损伤时超声的特异性表现,能确定病损部位、范围,神经缺损的长度,能识别假性神经瘤。结论高频超声诊断周围神经损伤具有特异性,且简便、准确,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral nerve injury.Methods Twenty-six patients diagnosed as peripheral nerves injuries were examined on the normal and injured sides by high frequency ultrasonography and the results of contralateral peripheral nerves were compared.Results High frequency ultrasonography showed minute structures of the peripheral nerve clearly.Based on the specific manifestations of injuried peripheral nerves on ultrasonography,the location,scope of lesions and length of defect nerves could be defined,and pseudoneuroma could be differentiated from soft tissue tumor.Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography is a simple,reliable technique with a specific features for peripheral nerve injury,and it is valuable in clinical treatment.
