脑出血术后并肺部感染27例气道管理临床体会

摘　　要：目的:评价气道管理在脑出血术后并肺部感染病人救治中的临床价值。方法:常规治疗基础上,早期行经皮扩张气管切开并床旁纤支镜灌洗,必要时呼吸机辅助通气。结果:27例患者治愈17例,治愈率62.96%;好转5例,占18.52%;5例无效,占18.52%。结论:积极有效的气道管理在脑出血术后并肺部感染的救治中有重要价值。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of airway management in cere bral hemorrhage patients after operations with pulmonary infection. Methods：Conventional therapy,early percutaneous dilational tracheostomy and bronchoscop y lavage bedside were used in the patients,mechanical ventilation also used whe n necessary. Results：17 cases（62.96%） were cured.5 cases got better,account ing for 18.52%.5 cases were ineffective,accounting for 18.52%. Conclusion：Active and effective airway management has important value in curing the cerebra l hemorrhage patients after operations with pulmonary infection.
