摘  要:目的:探讨自体骨髓干细胞(BMSCs)动员联合神经营养因子及综合康复治疗持续植物状态(PVS)患者的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析60例PVS患者,其中30例接受神经营养因子及综合康复治疗为对照组,30例接受自体BMSCs动员联合神经营养因子及综合康复治疗者为治疗组,所有患者治疗前、后均进行PVS评分。结果:治疗前治疗组与对照组PVS评分分别为0.92±0.67和0.91±0.75,两者差异无统计学意义(t=0.184,P>0.05);治疗后3个月6、个月1、a治疗组PVS评分分别为(12.92±3.55)(、13.58±3.53)(、14.42±3.68),对照组分别为(10.45±4.58)(、11.82±5.06)(、12.27±5.06),各时间点两组相比其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自体骨髓干细胞动员联合神经营养因子及综合康复是治疗持续植物状态积极有效、安全可信的方法,可显著改善神经功能障碍,值得进一步研究推广。Objective:To study the therapeutic effect and safety on Persistent vegetative state(PVS) by autologous bone marrow stem cells(BMSCs) mobilization combination with neurotrophic factors and comprehensive rehabilitation. Methods:All 60 cases of PVS were received treatment and reviewed,the treatment group of 30 cases received autologous BMSCs mobilization combination with neurotrophic factors and comprehensive rehabilitation,the control group of 30 cases were treated just by neurotrophic factors and comprehensive rehabilitation.The PVS scores were carried out before and after treatment to all of the two groups. Results:The PVS scores of the treatment group and control group before treatment were(0.92±0.67) and(0.91±0.75),there was no significant difference between them.In 3 months,6 months and 1 years after treatment,the PVS scores of the treatment group were(12.92±3.55),(13.58±3.53),and(14.42±3.68),and those of the control group were(10.45±4.58),(11.82±5.06),(12.27±5.06).There were significant difference between the two group at the same time points. Conclusion:Autologous BMSCs mobilization combination with neurotrophic factors and comprehensive rehabilitation is a effective,safe and reliable treatment for Persistent vegetative state.It can improve the neurological dysfunction significantly and is worthy for further research and applying in clinic.
