摘　　要：目的评价乳腺癌健康教育对妇女乳房自检与乳房筛查行为的影响。方法 2008年9月至2009年8月,对上海市普陀区真如、长征两镇4个居委2 302名妇女进行问卷调查,通过整群抽样法将两镇设立为干预组与对照组,并对干预组真如镇1 156名女性进行乳腺癌健康教育,1年后对两镇妇女进行效果评价。结果在健康教育之后,真如镇女性的乳房疾病知识宣教率由41.4%上升到54.5%,有意识定期到医院乳房体检者由61.5%上升到81.5%,有定期在家乳房自我检查的意识和行为者分别由53.5%和34.3%上升到75.9%和52.8%,而对照组的指标均无明显差异。结论针对广大妇女预防乳腺癌的健康教育能提高其主动到医院体检及在家自检的意识,同时提高了乳腺疾病知识的普及率。Objective To observe the influence of breast-cancer education on woman＇s breast self-exam and breast-cancer-screening behavior. Methods A survey was carried out among 2 302 women from 4 communities in Zhenru town and Changzheng town in Putuo District of Shanghai,China during Sept 2008 to Aug 2009.A sample of 1 156 women from Zhenru town was set as the treatment group by receiving breast-cancer education,and the others in Changzheng town was set as the control group without any intervention.One year later,the influence of breast-cancer education on woman＇s breast self-exam and breast-disease-screening behavior was evaluated. Results After breast-cancer education,the penetration of the breast-cancer knowledge in women increased from 41.4% to 54.5%,the proportion of women with a conscious behavior to have an examine increased from 61.5% to 81.5%,the consciousness and behavior of breast self-exam increased from 53.5% and 34.3% to 75.9% and 52.8% respectively in Zhenru town.No change was observed in the control group. Conclusions Breast-cancer-prevention education can increase women＇s consciousness to make an examination in hospital or exam breast by self at home.It can also improve the penetration of breast-cancer knowledge in women.
