摘　　要：巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)感染是肾移植术后常见并发症和主要死亡原因之一,随着研究的不断深入及新技术的应用,该病已得到有效地诊断和防治,但新的问题仍不断出现。本文就近年来国内外有关肾移植术后巨细胞病毒感染的诊断和治疗进展作一综述。Cytomegalovirus（CMV） infection is one of the common complications and main causes of mortality after renal transplantation.With the development of constant research on the disease and use of new technology,we could better diagnose and treat CMV infection.However,new questions have continuingly emerged.This review summarized the advances in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
