软腭植入临床应用的研究进展

摘　　要：软腭植入是将柱状聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯植入软腭肌层内,诱导局部纤维化,达到硬化软腭目的。它是治疗鼾症和阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的一种新型技术。文中主要介绍近年来软腭植入技术的临床应用进展。Palatal implants which are made of polyethylene terephthalate and cylindrical in shape,had been designed to create scar tissue in soft palate in order to achieve palatal stiffening.Palatal implants was a new method for the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）.In this review,we descried its clinical effect on OSAHS.
