摘 要:为增强水污染评价预测的实时性和直观性、提高水环境管理的工作效率,以ArcGIS Engine为开发平台,采用Visual C#程序语言将河道地理信息与水质模型有机联系起来,应用水质模型理论分析了污染源监测数据和河流水文资料,探讨了水质模型、河道网格剖分及水质模型与河道计算网格的集成等问题,并结合广西省南宁市邕江河段构建了基于GIS平台的水污染预警系统。实例应用结果表明,该系统具有良好的数据管理、基础信息查询、水质评价、水质预测和预测结果可视化展示等功能。To enhance the sensitivity and intuition of water pollution assessment and forecasting and improve the efficiency of water environment management, Visual C # programming language is used to establish the relationship between geographic information of the river and water quality models based on ArcGIS Engine development platform and the water quality models are applied to analyze the pollution monitoring data and the river hydrological data. And then it discusses the water quality models, the meshing method of the river and the combination of the models and the river mesh. Finally, the water pollution early warning system of Yong River in Nanning City is developed with GIS platform. The application results show that the system has many functions including data management, basic information inquiry, water quality assessment, water quality prediction and visual display and so on.
