流域梯级水电站经济运行效益评价体系研究

摘　　要：针对现行水电站经济运行效益考核办法存在的问题和不足,为合理评价梯级水电站经济运行效益,并为今后工作的改进提供指导,基于现有水电站经济运行评价办法,分析了流域梯级水电站经济运行效益影响因素,构建了一套定性和定量指标相结合的指标体系,并给出了相应的评分办法。该套评价体系选择的指标较全面,避免了采用单一指标评价的片面性,为今后制定梯级水电站经济运行效益评价办法提供了新思路。There are problems and deficiency of the existing evaluation methods for hydropower station economical operation. In order to assess the benefit of economical operation and provide support for improving operation work, based on the existing evaluation methods and analyzing the influencing factors of economical operation, the principles of evaluation index selection are combined to build a set of qualitative and quantitative indices, and scoring method is given. This index system has selected comprehensive indicators, and avoids one-sidedness of a single index evaluation, and provides a new way to make the future evaluation methods for hydropower station economical operation.
