传统刮痧结合玻璃酸钠治疗膝退行性骨关节病的临床初步研究

摘　　要：目的：评价传统刮痧结合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝退行性骨关节病的疗效.方法：74例膝退行性骨关节病门诊患者用随机数字表法分为试验1组和试验2组,试验1组采用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射每周1次,连续5周,同时结合传统刮痧治疗5天1次,连续5周;试验2组采用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射每周1次,连续5周.观察两组疗效并进行疼痛症状分析.结果：试验1组在疗效和疼痛减轻方面均明显优于试验2组,且差异有统计学意义.结论：传统刮痧结合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝退行性骨关节病具有良好疗效,且刮痧治疗简便、价廉,值得临床推广和进一步研究.Objective：The appraisal tradition scrapes the skin in the union hyaluronic acid sodium ticulare to inject the treatment knee recession osteoarthropathy the curative effect. Methods： 74 example knee recession osteoarthropathy outpatient service patient divides into with the stochastic tables law experiments 1 group and experiments 2 groups,experiments 1 group to use in the hyaluronic acid sodium knee joint cavity to inject each week 1 time, the continual 5 weeks,simultaneously unify the tradition to scrape the skin treat 5 day 1 time, continual 5 weeks;Experiments 2 groups to use in the hyaluronic acid sodium knee joint cavity to inject each week 1 time,continual 5 weeks. Observes two groups of curative effects and carries on the ache symptom analysis. Results： Experiments 1 group reduces the aspect in the curative effect and the ache obviously to surpass experiments 2 groups,also the difference has statistics significance. Conclusion：The tradition scrapes the skin in the union hyaluronic acid sodium ticulare to inject the treatment knee recession osteoarthropathy to have the good curative effect,also scrapes the skin the treatment to be simple, to be moderately- priced,is worth the clinical promotion and further studies.
