臭氧局部注射联合手法和运动训练治疗肩周炎的疗效观察

摘  要:目的:观察在肩关节腔内和肩周痛点注射臭氧联合手法按摩和运动训练治疗肩周炎的临床疗效.方法:50例确诊为肩周炎的患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予患侧肩关节腔内和肩周痛点注射臭氧及手法按摩和运动联合治疗;对照组单纯给予手法按摩和运动治疗.其中臭氧注射每周一次,手法按摩及运动训练每天一次,每周治疗5天,3周为一疗程,4周后观察疗效.结果:臭氧注射联合手法按摩和运动训练治疗治疗组与单纯手法按摩和运动训练对照组的总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P 〈0.01).结论:臭氧注射联合手法按摩和运动训练治疗肩周炎引起的疼痛与关节活动障碍比单纯手法按摩和运动训练具有更好的临床疗效.Objective: To study the clinical outcomes in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis by injecting ozen in the articulatio humen intracavity and the pain spots in the shoulder portion, performing manipulation and movement training. Methods: 50 patients with confirmed diagnosis of scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into two groups; the treatment group were performed ozone injection combined with manipulation and movement training in both the articulatio humen intracavity and the pain spots in the shoulder portion;the control group were merely given massage and movement training. The ozone injection was performed once per day, five times per week; each course of treatment lasted three weeks. The outcomes of the treatments were then studied four weeks after the patients had been treated. Resutls: Ozone iniection combined with massage manupilation and movement training is significantly different in overall effect from mere massage manipulation and movement training combined(P 〈0. 01). Conclusion: Compared with the combined treament of mere massage manipulation and movement training, ozone injection combined with manipulation and movement trainiIag has a better clinical effect in treating both pain and movement difficulties caused by scapulohumeral periarthritis.
