摘　　要：目的：探讨血透患者D型人格与生存质量的关系.方法：随机便利取样,用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表和D型人格的问卷对125例血透患者进行问卷调查和分析.结果：血透患者生活质量的生理、心理、社会及环境各领域得分均低于一般人群,血透患者消极情感、社交压抑与生活质量各领域得分呈显著负相关.结论：血透患者生存质量低于一般人群,且生存质量与D型人格呈显著负相关,加强血透患者心理干预对提高其生存质量有重要意义.Objective：The discussion blood passes the patient D personality and the survival quality relations. Methods： The stochastic convenience sample, passes the patient with the World Health Organization survival quality determination meter simple list and the D personality questionnaire to 125 example blood to carry on the questionnaire survey and the analysis. Results：The blood passes the patient quality of life the physiology, the psychology, the society and the environment various domains score is lower than the common crowd,the blood passes the patient passive emotion, the public relations constrains with the quality of life various do- mains score assumes the remarkable inverse correlation. Conclusion：The blood passes the patient to survive the quality to be lower than the common crowd, also the survival quality and the D personality assume the remarkable inverse correlation, the enhancement blood pass the patient psychology to intervene to improve its survival quality to have the vital significance.
