针刺配合高压氧治疗儿童周围性面神经瘫痪

摘　　要：目的：观察针刺、高压氧联合治疗儿童面瘫的临床疗效.方法：72例儿童周围性面神经瘫痪患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组仅采用西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上予针刺配合高压氧治疗,比较两组治疗儿童面瘫的效果.结果：治疗组愈显率为75%.对照组愈显效率为22%（P〈0.05）.结论：针刺、高压氧联合治疗儿童面瘫疗效显著,值得进一步推广.Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of the facial paralysis with acupuncture with the treatment of hyperbaric oxygen combined. Methods： 72patients with facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group 36. cases, used the western medicine. And the observation group has 36 cases, used the treatment of acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy;Results：The cured and markedly effective rate of the observation group were 75 %, the cured and markedly effective rate of the control group were 22% （P〈0.05）, the statistical significance is obvious. Conclusion： To treat facial paralys is the method of acupuncture with hyperbaric oxygen combined is better than simpleacupucture therapy.
