摘　　要：目的：研究十二指肠腔内注射五肽胃泌素（G-5）对大鼠胃酸分泌的影响.方法：将SD大白鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,每组10只.实验组在十二指肠腔内注射G-5（250μg/kg）;对照组在十二指肠腔内注射等量生理盐水.收集胃连续灌流液,用0.01mol/L的NaOH滴定测定胃酸分泌量,比较两组大鼠胃酸分泌量的变化.结果：给药后40 min内,两组大鼠胃酸分泌量无显著性差异.结论：十二指肠腔内注射G-5对大鼠胃酸分泌无显著影响.Objective;In the research duodenum cavity injects five peptide stomachs to secrete the element （G--5） pair of big mouse gastric juice secretion the influence. Methods：Divides into the control group and the experimental group stochastically the SD white rat,each group of 10. The experimental group injects G--5 in the duodenum cavity （250μg/kg）;The control group injects the isometric physiological saline in the duodenum cavity. Collects the stomach continual perfusate,determines the gastric juice secretion with the 0.01mol/L NaOH titrate,compared with two group of big mouse gastric juice secretion change. Results.. For medicine latter 40 min in, two group of big mouse gastric juice secretion non--significance difference. Conclusion：In the duodenum cavity injects G-- 5 to the big mouse gastric iuice secretion not remarkable influence.
