摘　　要：目的：探讨急诊昏迷患者的早期诊断及急救方法.方法：回顾性分析急诊内科抢救60例昏迷病人的早期诊断及急救效果.结果：60例昏迷患者抢救成功49例,死亡11例,病死率18.3%.结论：昏迷原因复杂,临床缺乏特异性,死亡率高,为降低昏迷病人死亡率,及时准确早期诊断和处理,可降低病死率及重要脏器功能损害.Objective：Discussion emergency medical treatment stupor patient＇s early diagnosis and first aid method. Methods：The review analysis emergency medical treatment internal medicine department rescues 60 example stupor patient＇s early diagnosis and the first aid effect. Results：60 example stupor patient rescues the successful 49 examples,died 11 examples, the case fatality rate 18. 3 %. Conchsion： The stupor reason is complex,clinical lacks the specificity, the mortality rate is high, for reduces the stupor patient mortality rate,the prompt accurate early diagnosis and processing,may reduce the case fatality rate and the important internal organs function harm.
