摘　　要：熏蒸杀虫剂磷化铝具有挥发性,其遇水分产生毒气磷化氢,经呼吸道吸收,引起恶心,呕吐及心血管、神经系统表现.中毒无特效解毒药,主要是对症处理.该患者由于磷化铝中毒后未能及时系统的解毒治疗,因而侵及心血管系统,出现心律加快使心脏负荷加重,导致心肌损害,结果心电图上出现窦性心动过速,P-R间期延长.The fumigation pesticide aluminium phosphide has the volatility^it meets the moisture content to produce the poison gas phosphine,after the respiratory tract absorption, causes disgusting,vomitive and cardiovascular, nervous system performance. Is poisoned the non--special effect antidote, mainly is just right for the illness processing. Because after this patient the aluminium phosphide poison has not been able the prompt system disintoxicating treatment, thus invades and the cardiovascular system,appears the heart rhythm to speed up makes the heart load to aggravate,causes the cardiac muscle harm,finally in the electrocardiogram ap- pears Dou tachycardia,P--R time extension.
