摘　　要：目的：探讨影响晚期丝虫病人生命质量的因素,提出相应干预措施,促进患者康复.方法：对我地160例晚期丝虫患者生存现状进行调查,22%的患者有急性发作.结果与结论：影响因素包括患者的痛苦程度、家庭地位、劳动能力、医疗需要、婚姻状况、家庭关怀、社会交往、经济收入、心理问题.针对这些影响因素采取干预措施,提高了病人的生命质量,促进了疾病康复和医疗保障制度的完善.Objective：The discussion influence later period filaria patient life quality factor, proposed the corresponding intervention measure, promotes the patient to be restored to health. Methods： Survives the present situation to my 160 example later period filaria patient to carry on the investigation,22~ patient have the acute outbreak. Results with Conclusion：The influence factor inclu- ding patient＇s painful degree, the home capacity,ability to work,the medical need, the marital status, the family concern, the society associates,the income, the psychological question. Takes the intervention measure in view of these influence factor, improved patient＇s life quality, promoted disease recovery and the medical safeguard system consummation.
