摘　　要：臂丛神经阻滞麻醉是将局麻药注入臂丛神经干周围使其所支配的区域产生神经传导阻滞的麻醉方法.如果穿刺时穿刺针误入动脉致局麻药直接注入动脉内则可出现局麻药中毒反应,笔者就遇到一起这样的病例,因抢救及时、措施正确,没有留下后遗症.Periphery an arm clump of nerve hinders the anaesthesia is pours into the bureau anesthetic the region which an arm clump of nerve does causes its to control to produce the anaesthesia method which the nerve conduction hinders.
