护理在白内障超声乳化手术前后健康指导中的作用

摘　　要：白内障超声乳化吸出术是通过3毫米左右的小切口,利用超声波将晶体核乳化后吸出的手术方式,具有切口小,术后愈合快,对角膜表面曲率影响小,结膜及巩膜切口疤痕小等优点.手术室护士从接病人进入手术间到病人术后出院期间,承担着向人们传播医疗卫生知识,培养健康行为的重要作用.本文报告白内障超声雾化围手术期系列化心理护理和健康教育的体会.Cataract supersonic emulsification suction--extraction is through 3 millimeter about small margins,emulsifies after the ultrasonic wave the crystal nucleus the aspiration surgery way,has the margin to be small, after the technique heals quickly, affects slightly to the cornea surface curvature,conjunctiva and sclerotic margin scar small and so on merits. The operating room nurse from meets the patient to enter between the surgery leaves the hospital the period after the patient technique,undertakes to the people is disseminating the health knowledge, raises the healthy behavior the vital role. This article reported the cataract supersonic atomization encircles surgery time seriation psychology nursing and the health education experience.
