中西医结合治疗小儿脑瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察运用中西医结合治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效.方法：对112例患者采用理学疗法,头针电针、西药和家长配合引导式训练等治疗方法.结果：基本恢复21例,显效59例,有效25例,总有效率91.96%.且病程越短,疗效越好,效果也越好.结论：理学疗法、头针、电针、西药等中西医结合治疗小儿脑瘫,能使患儿临床症状、体征、智能等得到明显改善.Objective：The observation utilization the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treats the young child brain paralysis the clinical curative effect. Methods：Uses the physiotherapy to 112 example patients, the hairpin electricity needle, the west- ern medicine and the guardian coordinates methods of treatment and so on guidance type training. Results： Restores 21 examples basi- cally, shows results 59 examples, effective 25 examples, total effectiveness 91.96 %. Also the course of an illness is shorter, the cura- tive effect is better, the effect is also better. Conclusion： The physiotherapy, the hairpin, the electricity needle, the western medicine and so on the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treats the young child brain paralysis, can enable the trouble clinical symptom, the symptom, the intelligence and so on to have the distinct improvement.
