痛点强刺激、穴位按摩结合低周波治疗肱骨外上髁炎

摘　　要：肱骨外上髁炎俗称＂网球肘＂,本病多见于从事旋转前臂和屈伸肘关节的羽毛球、网球、乒乓球运动员及爱好者中.①临床资料：26例（2008年-2010年10月收治病例）,男19例,女7例;年龄30-52岁;发病者左侧6例,右侧20例;病程6个月-6年.②治疗方法：笔者采用痛点强刺激按摩、穴位按摩,同时结合温热低周波的治疗仪治疗.③结果：26例患者,经临床治疗1-2个疗程,临床治愈21例,占80.8%;好转5例,占19.8%.结论：痛点强刺激、穴位按摩结合温热低周波治疗肱骨外上髁炎是一种安全方便、疗效显著的综合治疗方法.Humerus outside epicondylitis, traditionally called tennis elbow, frequently oecures to the athletes and fans who are engaged in the rotation of the elbow flexion and forearms in sports activities, such as tennis,badminton,table tennis. Ⅰ Clinical data： 26 cases （ 2008 - 2010,10） ; Male： 19 cases, female = 7 cases ; Age = 30 - 52 ; Left cases = 6, right cases ： 20 ; Symptom duration = 6 months to 6 years. Ⅱ The MTRP therapy：massage with strong stimulation on the elbow and massage acupuncture together with tepid low -frequency therapeutic treatment, Ⅲ Results： after 1 or 2 clinical treatment,21 patients, successfully recovered among the 26 patients who were involved in the therapy, while 5 patients presented obvious evidence of recovering with the ratio of 80.8 % and 19. 8% respectively. Ⅳ Conclusion：strong stimulation,massage of buttocks acupoint MTRP therapy with tepid low-frequency humerus outside epicondylitis is a safe,convenient and remarkable curative theropy to Intractable external humeral.
