微创水针刀技术治疗腰椎椎弓根钉术后钉尾滑囊炎12例

摘　　要：目的：观察水针刀疗法对腰椎椎弓根钉术后钉尾滑囊炎的临床疗效.方法：对临床治疗的12例腰椎椎弓根内固定术后腰痛的患者,采用水针刀松解治疗.应用直观模拟标度尺评分法（visual analogue scale,VAS）评分和JOA（29分法）腰部功能评分进行评估.结果：12例经1个月的随访,JOA评分由术前平均（13.57±2.61）分,提高到（17.56±3.42）分（P〈0.01）;VAS评分由术前平均（5.17±1.13）分,下降至（3.25±0.74）分（P〈0.01）.结论：水针刀治疗腰椎椎弓根钉术后钉尾滑囊炎疗效确切,值得推广使用.Objective：Observes Shui Zhendao the therapy after the lumbar vertebra vertebral arch root nail technique the nail tail slip capsulitis clinical curative effect. Methods： After the clinical treatment 12 example lumbar vertebra vertebral arch root in the pexia the lumbago patient,picks the water used needle knife loose solution treatment. Applies the direct--viewing simulation scale grading law （visual analogue scale,VAS） to grade and JOA （29 minutes law） waist function grading carries on the appraisal. Re-- sults：12 examples after 1 month--long revisit,the JOA grading from the technique in front of the average （13.57±2.61） minute, enhance to （17. 56±3.42） minute （P〈0.01）;The VAS grading by the technique in front of the average （5.17 ±1.13） minute, drops to （3.25±0.74） minute （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：After Shui Zhendao treats the lumbar vertebra vertebral arch root nail tech- nique the nail tail slip capsulitis curative effect to be accurate,is worth promoting the use.
