摘  要:目的:探讨阴道微生态及细菌性阴道病的临床诊断方法.方法:对在我院诊断为细菌性阴道病的妇科患者共计240例的临床诊治资料进行回顾性分析.结果:观察组120例患者采用的细菌性阴道病联合测定法与对照组120例采用的Amsel法,两组患者阴道分泌物的检测结果无显著性差异(P〉0.05).结论:对阴道微生态及细菌性阴道病的临床诊断可以采用联合测定法检测患者阴道分泌物,该方法能够快速、客观、有效地为该病的治疗提供辅助诊断,且操作方便.Objective:Discusses the vagina micro ecology and the bacterial vaginopathy clinical diagnosis method. Methods:To car- ries on the review analysis in my courtyard diagnosis for the bacterial vaginopatby gynecology department patient total 240 example clinical diagnosis materials. Results:The observation group 120 example patients use the bacterial vaginopatby unites the Amsel law which the measuring method and the control group 120 examples use, two group of patient vagina secretion examination result non-- significance difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion: May use the union measuring method to the vagina micro ecology and the bacterial vaginopatby clinical diagnosis to examine the patient vagina secretion, this method can fast, objective, effectively for the treatment which should get sick provide the assistance diagnosis,also ease of operation.
