缪刺配合关节活动治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察缪刺配合关节活动治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床疗效及相对普通针刺治疗的优势.方法：将60例粘连期肩周炎患者随机分为2组,实验组采用缪刺疗法配合关节活动治疗,对照组予普通针刺治疗,隔日治疗1次,15次为1个疗程.结果：治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：与普通针刺相比,缪刺配合关节活动的临床疗效更佳,即刻镇痛效应尤其显著.Objective：Observes Miao to tattoo the face and exile to the frontier gathers the joint activity treatment adhesion time bursitis in shoulder the clinical curative effect and the relatively ordinary acupuncture treatment superiority. Methods：Divides into 2 groups stochastically 60 example adhesion time bursitis in shoulder patient, the experimental group uses Miao to puncture the thera- py coordination joint activity treatment, the control group gives the ordinary acupuncture treatment, treats every other day 1 time, 15 times are 1 treatment course. Results：The treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously, the difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compares with the ordinary acupuncture, Miao tattoos the face and exiles to the frontier gathcrs the clinical curative effect which the joint moves to be better,instantly eases the pain the effect to be especially remarkable.
