摘　　要：目的：探讨Ⅳ期压疮治疗中功能锻炼的地位及应对方法.方法：对我科Ⅳ期压疮的病人进行功能锻炼的时机和方法.结果：Ⅳ期压疮治愈率88%,肢体康复47%,能下地活动60%,能坐轮椅40%.结论：通过本组病例的护理,认为功能锻炼对Ⅳ期压疮的治疗起到良好的辅助作用（应用封闭式负压引流的观察护理）.Objective：DiscussionⅣ The time presses the sore to treat the function exercise status and should to the method. Meth- ods：To my branch Ⅳ The time presses the sore the patient carries on the function exercise the opportunity and the method. Results： Ⅳ The time presses the sore cure rate 88%, the body is restored to health 47 %, can under move 60%, can sit wheelchair 40%.
