摘　　要：目的：观察左卡尼汀联合促红细胞生成素治疗维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的效果.方法：将60例维持性血液透析患者随机均分成两组,均于血液透析后皮下注射促红细胞生成素,每周150U/kg;治疗组加用左卡尼汀1.0g,静脉注射,每周2次,3个月为1个疗程.结果：1个疗程结束时,治疗组血红蛋白和红细胞压积水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）.论左卡尼汀能显著提高促红细胞生成素对血液透析患者肾性贫血的疗效,可减少促红细胞生成素的用量.Objective：Observes the left Kearny sandbank jointly to press the erythropoietin treatment maintenance hemodialysis patient kidney anemia the effect. Methods： Divides equally two groups stochastically 60 example maintenance hemodialysis patient, the hypodermic injection presses the erythropoietin after the hemodialysis, each week 150U/kg; Treatment group Canada with left Kearny sandbank 1.0g, the intravenous injection, each week 2 times, 3 months is I treatment course. Results： When 1 treatment course conclusion, the treatment group hemoglobin and the red blood cell pressure accumulate the level obviously to be higher than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Can obviously enhance by the left Kearny sandbank presses the erythropoietin to the hemodialysis pa- tient kidney anemia curative effect,may reduce presses the erythropoietin the amount used.
