脑肿瘤患者围手术期护理路径的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的：探讨脑肿瘤患者围手术期的临床护理路径及其疗效评价.方法：对我院2007年06月至2010年10月行脑肿瘤手术的患者137例,随机分为2组：护理路径应用组（实验组,n=70）;常规护理路径应用组（对照组,n=67）.观察术后并发症的发生率及类型;问卷调查患者家属的护理满意度及健康护理内容知晓率;观察患者平均住院时间.结果：两组间术后并发症的发生率存在显著差异（P =0.007）;护理满意度及内容知晓率均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）;住院时间较对照组显著降低（P＜0.05）.结论：脑肿瘤患者围手术期的护理路径应用疗效明显,具有较好的推广应用价值.Objective： The discussion brain tumor patient encircles the surgery time the clinical nursing way and the curative effect appraisalthe method：To my courtyard from June,2007 to October, 2010 good brain tumor surgery patient 137, stochastically divides into 2 groups：Nursing way application group （experimental group, n= 70） ; Conventional nursing way application group （control group,n=67）. After observation technique complication formation rate and type;The questionnaire survey patient family member＇s nursing degree of satisfaction and the health nursing content knows rate; Observes the patient equally in hospital time; Results： After two groups of techniques complication formation rate existence remarkable difference （P = 0. 007） ;The nursing degree of satisfaction and the content know rate obviously are higher than the control group （P〈0.05）;The in hospital time compares the control group obviously to reduce （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The brain tumor patient encircles the surgery time the nursing way application curative effect to be obvious,has the good promotion application value.
