浅析神经内科住院患者院内感染及其控制措施

摘　　要：目的：了解神经内科病区院内感染状况.方法：对2009年收治的1030例住院患者进行回访.结果：医院感染率为6 04%,≥60岁患者为高危人群,主要基础病为脑出血、脑梗死、颅内感染;住院天数≥15d感染者占85.08%.结论：神经内科病房为医院感染的重点区域,年龄、住院时间、基础病、侵入性操作等为影响因素,防治关键是减少危险因素、合理使用抗生素和做好消毒隔离.Objecitve：Understands in the nerve internal medicine department ward courtyard the infection condition. Methods： 1030 example in hospital patient admits who to 2009 carries on pays a return visit. Results：The hospital infection percentage for 6. 04%, ≥60 year old the patient is the high-risk group, the main foundation gets sick for cerebral hemorrhage,the brain stem dies, in the skull infects ; The in hospital number of days≥15d infected person accounts for 85.08 %. Conclusion： The nerve internal medicine ward for the hospital infection key region, the age, in hospital time, foundation sickness, the intrusional operation and so on is the influence factor, the preventing and controlling key is the reduced dangerous factor, the reasonable use antibiotic and completes the disinfection isolation.
