摘　　要：目的：总结下肢静脉造影对下肢血管病变的诊断.方法：回顾分析近四年中726例;825条下肢静脉造影的各种X线表现.结果：慢性静脉功能不全664例;单纯大隐静脉曲张22例;原发性深静脉瓣功能不全41例;深静脉各部位血栓93例;静脉瘤5例.结论：下肢静脉造影是诊断下肢静脉系统疾病最简单、实用而又有效的方法.下肢静脉造影能非常清晰地显示深浅静脉分枝、主干血管的形态、走行,进而诊断血管发生的病变.Objective： Summary lower limb vein radiography to lower limb blood vessel pathological change diagnosis. Methods： The review analyzes in the near four years 726 examples;825 lower limb vein radiography each kind of X performance. Results： Chronic vein function not entire 664 examples;The pure vena saphena magna tune opens 22 examples;Primary deep valvulae venarum function not entire 41 exam- pies;Deep vein various spots thrombus 93 examples; Varix 5 examples. Conclusion.. The lower limb vein radiography is diagnoses the lower limb vein system disease simple, practical and the effective metlaod. The lower limb vein radiography can demonstrate extremely clearly the depth vein branching, the branch blood vessel shape, walks the line, then diagnoses the pathological change which the blood vessel occurs.
