摘　　要：脑动脉瘤是局部血管异常改变产生的脑血管瘤样突起,是一种致死率和致残率很高的脑血管疾病.好发于组成脑底动脉环的大动脉分支或分叉部.动脉瘤破裂出血可引起动脉痉挛、栓塞及蛛网膜下腔出血,临床表现为突然头疼、呕吐、意识障碍、癫痫样发作、脑膜刺激征等.我科自2008年1月至2010年10月共收治63例颅内动脉瘤,其中47例采用弹簧圈囊内栓塞治疗、13例开颅动脉瘤夹闭术、3例放弃治疗.现将动脉瘤栓塞治疗的护理体会报告如下.The cerebral artery lump is the blood vessel of brain lump type which the partial blood vessel exceptionally changes produces breaks out,is one kind of lethality and cripples rate the very high blood vessel of brain disease. Good sends in the composition brain bottom artery link aorta branch or the furcation department. The aneurism breakage hemorrhage may cause under the artery convulsion,embolism and the arachnoidea the cavity hemorrhage, the clinical manifestation for has a headache about, vomitive, consciousness barrier,epilepsy type outbreak,the meninx stimulation suddenly drafts and so on. My branch October,2010 altogether admits in 63 example skulls from from January, 2008 to the aneurism,47 examples use in the spring coil pouch embolism to treat, 13 examples hold the skull aneurism to clamp shut the technique,3 example giving up treatment. Presently the nursing experience re- port which treats the aneurism embolism is as follows.
