护理干预在重度子痫前期患者中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的：总结重度子痫前期患者的护理经验,减少孕妇和胎儿不良事件的发生率.方法：2007年11月～2010年11月期间,我们对56例重度子痫前期患者采用护理干预.结果：本组56例患者,经过积极的护理干预,发生胎盘早剥3例、HELLP综合征1例、子痫4例和产后出血7例;胎儿宫内死亡1例、出生死亡1例、窒息4例.结论：密切观察病情,做好心理、用药和生活护理干预,是重度子痫前期患者护理的重点,可以减少孕妇和胎儿不良事件的发生.Objective： The summary specific weight eclampsia preliminary patient＇s nursing experience, reduces the pregnant woman and the embryo not good event formation rate. Methods： In November, 2007 -2010 year in November period, we use the nursing intervention to 56 example specific weight eclampsia preliminary patient. Results： This group of 56 example patient, passes through the positive nursing intervention, has the placenta exhausted 3 examples, the HELLP synthesis drafts 1 example, the ec- lampsia 4 examples and the postpartum hemorrhage 7 examples early;In the embryo palace died 1 example, the birth died 1 example, suffocates 4 examples. Conclusion：The close observation condition, completes psychological, the medication and the life nursing inter- vention,is key point which the specific weight eclampsia preliminary patient nurses,may reduce the pregnant woman and the embryo not good event occurrence.
