摘　　要：目的：总结98例重症胰腺炎的护理体会,宜在提高护理水平.方法：选取我院2008年1月-2010 年11月98例患者,通过密切观察,精心护理,取得满意的疗效.结果：痊愈80例,明显好转13例,好转4例,死亡1例.结论：加强对急性胰腺炎患者的观察和进行有效护理是减少死亡率.提高完全治愈的重要保证.Objective：Summarizes 98 example critically ill pancreatitis nursing to realize, suitably in enhancement nursing level. Methods： Selects my courtyard in January, 2008 -- November, 2010 98 exampIe patients, through the close observation, careful nursing, obtains satisfaction the curative effect. Results：Convalesces 80 examples, changes for the better obviously 13 examples, changes for the better 4 examples,died 1 example. Conclusion：Strengthens and carries on effective nursing to the acute pancreatitls patient＇s observation reduces the mortality rate. Enhances important guarantee which cures completely.
