摘　　要：目的：探讨糖尿病足中西医结合治疗的临床疗效及护理方法.方法：收集52例临床病例,对糖尿病足的常见病因、诱因进行分析,并在中西医结合治疗的基础上,配合饮食控制、药物降血糖,结合心理护理等措施.结果：患者治愈20例,好转25例,未愈7例,总有效率达86%.结论：加强对患者的中西医结合治疗并完善有效的护理干预及宣教工作可减少糖尿病足的发生.Objecitve：Discussion diabetes foot cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment clinical curative effect and nursing method. Methods：Collects 52 example clinical case of illness, to the diabetes full common cause of disease, the cause carries on the analysis, and in the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine treatment foundation, the coordinate diet control, the medicine falls the blood sugar, measures and so on union psychology nursing.. Results.. The patient cures 20 examples,changes for the better 25 examples, 7 examples, the total effectiveness has not reached 86 %. Conclusion： Strengthens treats and consummates the effective nursing intervention and the propaganda work to patient＇s cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine may reduce the diabetes full occurrence.
