摘　　要：目的：探讨治疗冠心病、心肌梗塞患者行PTCA术后的护理.方法：对421例行PTCA及植入支架术患者进行回顾性分析.结果：421例患者,死亡2例,其余均康复出院.结论：急性心肌梗死由于病情急、症状重,及时的治疗是关键,科学的精心全面护理是患者康复出院的保障.Objective：After the discussion treats coronary disease, myocardial infarction patient line of PTCA technique nursing. Methods： And implants the support technique patient to 421 routine PTCA to carry on the review analysis. Results：421 example patients, died 2 examples, other are restored to health the out of hospital. Conclusion： Because the acute cardiac arrest gets sick desperatily, the symptom is heavy, the prompt treatment is a key, scientific careful comprehensive nursing is the patient is restored to health the out of hospital safeguard.
