摘　　要：目的：探讨四肢骨折伴重要脏器损伤抢救及其临床效果.方法：回顾性分析我院自2006年1月～2010年12月收治的四肢合并重要脏器损伤的患者治疗的临床资料.结果：本组37例临床治愈无并发症的发生,6例死于多功能脏器衰竭,1例有轻度功能障碍,发生骨不连2例.结论：四肢骨折伴重要脏器损伤的治疗方案的选择应以兼顾重要脏器损伤和四肢损伤为指导.Objecitve：Discussion four limbs bone fracture partner important internal organs damage rescue and clinical effect. Methods： Who the review analyzes my courtyard which the clinical material which -2010 years in December admits from January, 2006 the four limbs merge important internal organs to damage the patient treats. Results：This group of 37 examples clinical cure the non--complication the occurrence, 6 examples die of the multi--purpose internal organs failure, 1 example has the mild function barrier, has the bone not to link 2 examples. Conclusion：The four limbs bone fracture partner important internal organs damage the treatment plan choice should take give dual attention to the important internal organs damage and the four limbs damage as the instruction.
