急进性肾小球肾炎100例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：RPGN是一组病理发展快的疾病,近年来该病治疗上进展较大,疗效明显提高.本文对100例RPGN患者进行了临床分析.结果：患者住院天数平均25天,临床症状消失,实验室检查正常,痊愈者41例（42%）,好转50例（54%）,后者离院时仍有微量蛋白尿及镜下红细胞,补体3（C3）在2个月内基本恢复正常.3例因年龄太大,转为肾衰,5年间死亡.结论：RPGN是一组临床表现和病理改变相似,但病因各异的临床综合征,因此在诊断RPGN时应作出病因诊断.只有确定了病因、免疫类型、疾病的发展阶段、活动性后,方可选择合理治疗,权衡治疗的利弊与风险,并作出预后评价.Objective .. RPGN is group of pathology develops the quick disease,in recent years this sickness treated progresses in a big way,curative effect distinct enhancement. This article has carried on the clinical analysis to 100 example RPGN patient. Results： The patient was hospitalized the number of days average 25 days,clinical symptom vanishing,the laboratory inspection is normal,the healing 41 examples （42%）, change for the better 50 examples （54% ）, the latter to courtyard when still had under the micro albuminuria and the mirror the red blood cell,the complement 3（C3） restores basically in 2 months normally. Because 3 examples the age too is big,transfers the kidney to fade,during 5 years died. Conclusion： RPGN is group of clinical manifestations and the pathology change is similar,but cause of disease each different clinical synthesis drafts,therefore when diagnoses RPGN should make the cause of disease diagnosis. Only then had determined after the cause of disease, the immunity type, disease development phase, the activity, only then chooses the reasonable treatment,the balance treatment advantages and the risk, and makes the prognosis appraisal.
