鼻窦负压置换疗法结合健康教育治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：研究鼻窦负压置换疗法结合健康教育应用于儿童慢性鼻窦炎治疗的临床效果。方法：将198例慢性鼻窦炎儿童随机分为对照组（96例）和实验组（102例）。对照组采用常规滴鼻液及口服抗生素药剂，实验组在上述药物基础上加用鼻窦负压置换疗法，并进行健康教育。结果：实验组总有效率为94．12％，对照组为84．38％，实验组疗效显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：鼻窦负压置换疗法结合健康教育应用于儿童慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To abserve the effect of nagetive pressure therapy and health education for the treatment of chronic sinusi- tis in children. Methods ：198 children with chronic sinusitis were randomly divided into control group（96 cases）and test group（102 cases）. The control group was given regular nose drops and oral antibiotics. The test group was given the same medical therapy com- bined with nagetive pressure therapy and health education. Results：The total effective rate of test group was 94. 12% while that of control group was 84.38%. The effect of test group was better than that of control group with staitstic signifieance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Negative pressure therapy and health education were effective and safe for the treatment of of chronic sinusitis in children. It was worth of wide clinical application.
