摘　　要：在人们生活品质不断提高的今天，老龄化成为我国乃至全球的共同问题。而因老年人创造能力聋口鑫理毙力的跟裁，需要家庭和社会关怀与照顾。但因我国医疗条件差异大，特别是贫困农民医疗机构和水平远远无法满足社会需求，老年人护理面临严峻的挑战。本文主要分析了老年护理存在的问题，并提出相关对策。Lives today in the people which the quality enhances unceasingly, the aging becomes our country and even the global common question. Because but tee senior citizen creates ability and takes care of oneself ability limit,needs the family and the social concern and the attendance. Because but our country medical service condition difference is big, specially the impoverished farmer medical establishment and the level are unable to meet the social need by far, the senior citizen nurse faced with the stern challenge. This article has mainly analyzed the old age nursing existence question, and proposes the related countermeasure.
