注射用阿奇霉素对急性呼吸道感染患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：对注射用阿奇霉素在急性呼吸道感染患者临床治疗中的效果进行分析和探讨。方法：以2009年6月～2010年6月来我科治疗的83例急性呼吸道感染患者作为观察对象，将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组两组，治疗组患者进行阿奇霉素注射治疗，对照组患者通过注射乳糖酸红霉素进行治疗。结果：在白细胞含量转为正常所需要的天数、体温、症状的改善情况、细菌清除率、痊愈率、不良反应发生率方面，治疗组患者都要优于对照组患者。结论：阿奇霉素据有服药方便、半衰期长、组织浓度高等优点，可以通过一个很短的疗程和很小的计量达到令人满意的治疗效果，并且不良反应率也较低，可以在临床中进行推广。Objective：To injects infects in the patient clinical treatment with the arch mildew element in the acute respiratory tract the effect to carry on the analysis and the discussion. Methods： ~2010 years in June comes my branch treatment by June,2009 83 ex- ample acute respiratory tract to infect the patient to take the object of observatlon,divides into stochastically the patient the treat- ment group and the control group two groups, the treatment group patients carries on the arch mildew element injection treatment, the control group patients through injects the young saccharinic acid erythromycin to carry on the treatment. Results：Transfers the number of days, the body temperature, the symptom improvement situation, the bacterium percentage clearance in the white blood cell content which normal needs, the healing rate, responded not good the formation rate aspect, the treatment group patients all must surpass the control group patients. Conclusion：The arch mildew element occupies takes medicine conveniently, the half--life long, the organization density higher merit,may and the very small measurement achieves the satisfying treatment result through a very short treatment course, and not the good reaction reactivity rate is also low, may in clinical carry on the promotion.
