摘　　要：目的：研究中药汤剂对早期肾功能不全的疗效。方法：将早期肾功能不全，辨证分型，给予中医汤荆口服治疗，通过观察治疗前后症状、肾功能，内生肌酐清除滤，评价疗效。结果：通过中药汤剂辨证分型口服治疗，症状改善，肌酐、尿素氮明显下降、肌酐清除率明显升高。结论：中药汤剂辨证分型口服治疗对早期肾功能不全有效并能延缓肾功能恶化过程。Objective： Research Chinese native medicine decoction to early kidney function not entire curative effect. Methods.. Early kidney function not entire, dialectical minute,gives the Chinese medicine decoction oral administration treatment, through the ob- servation treatment around the symptom,the kidney function,in lives the myo-- bitter wine elimination to filter,appraisal curative effect. Results：Through Chinese native medicine decoction dialectical minute oral administration treatment, symptom improvement, myo-- hitter wine,urea nitrogen obvious drop,myo-- bitter wine percentage clearance obvious ascension. Conclusion：The Chinese n- ative medicine decoction dialectical divides the oral administration treatment not entire effective and can delay the kidney function worsening process to the early kidney function.
