摘　　要：目的：探讨纤维喉镜下摘除声带息肉声带小结手术治疗的疗效。方法：对56例声带息肉声带小结病例在表面麻醉后行纤维喉镜下摘除术。结果：56例中45例1次钳取完成，8例多次钳取完成，2例因咽反射过重无法手术改全麻行支撑喉镜手术。术后大多数患者2周后声音恢复正常，少数患者1个月后声音逐渐恢复正常。术后复查随访2～10个月，51例未见息肉残留，亦来见声带损伤改变，有5例患者因用嗓过度或过早发声而至复发，其余未见复发。结论：纤维喉镜下声带息肉声带小结切除术是一种有效、安全、省时及省钱治疗方法，值得推广。Objective： Under the discussion textile fiber laryngoscope excises the curative effect which the vocal cord polyp vocal cord subtotal surgery treats. Methods： Excises the technique to 56 example vocal cord polyp vocal cord subtotal case of illness under the superficial anaesthesia next textile fiber laryngoscope. Results： In 56 examples 45 example 1 pliers take complete,8 example pliers take many times complete,because 2 examples swallow the reflection to be unable the surgery to change the general anesthesia line of support laryngoscope surgery overweight. After after the technique the majority patient 2 weeks the sound restores normally,the minority patient for 1 month the sound restores gradually normally. After the technique reexamines makes a follow--up visit for 2~ 10 months, 51 examples have not seen the polyp to remain, also has not seen the vocal cord damage change,but some 5 example pa- tient because of with the throat excessively or the premature sound production to the recrudescence,other has not seen the recrudes- cence. Conclusion： Under the textile fiber laryngoscope the vocal cord polyp vocal cord subtotal excision method is one kind effective, safe,saves time and economizes the method of treatment, is worth promoting.
